Happiest New Year, my loves! As we are welcoming the brand new, bombastic Diva Decade 2020 with a BANG, I am here with my 2019 review.
Overall, 2019 was a really good year for my family and myself. Of course, it also had its challenges (which I will share with you), but on the whole, both Chris and I agree that we feel super grateful to the Universe for the beautiful year that is coming to an end.
Here are some highlights I want to share with you at a personal and professional level:
1. What was GOOD at the personal level in my 2019 review?
–> We travelled to over 10 exciting new countries!!!
OMG!! Seeing the world and exotic new places makes us come alive like nothing else out there. Chris and I are quite crazy this way. Bahamas and Costa Rica would be my top personal favorites from 2019. Dubai is also always fun.
–> I felt utterly loved and supported by my family – especially by my mom and my mum-in-law.
Both supported us with Aaron, so that Chris and I could get out there at least a little by ourselves, travel, do the live events for my clients etc. I am so grateful for them mammas and them daddies!!!
–> We completely settled into our beautiful, new home that we finished building at the end of 2018. It feels amazing to have arrived.
–> My most wonderful, amazing husband!
Life changes, people change, one gets older, but his love for me remains like that solid rock that you can count upon. I am SO grateful for his love and presence in my life as my darling hubby, and for being such a great dad to Aaron!
2. What were the struggles at the personal level?
–> We realised we need more masculine support than we currently have available to us.
Our home cleaner is lovely but often absent, leaving us with a messy home, way more often than we can handle. Plus, we need more support with Aaron, so we can have more fun date nights and personal time for ourselves. Strengthening these two support systems in 2020 will be a priority, straight away in now January.
–-> Chris and I struggled majorly with getting good sleep.
Aaron is 3.5 years old but still jumps into our bed each night, demanding water or simply being awake. We hired a sleep coach to help us but it did not work out. This majorly impacted our health / overall mood, leading to stress during the day as we were tired and bickering. But we are determined to do better in 2020 – I shall keep you updated on how we cope. Sleep is so critical, ladies!
And not only for your health, but also for the health of your relationship. Both hubby and I realized that we were more prone to having an argument when we hadn’t slept well the previous nights and were simply physically exhausted.
–> Making time for things and people that matter.
We both realize that we were super busy in 2019. Settling into a new home, making your kid get used to going to Kindergarten, running a successful company… 2019 was productive, beautiful, but jam-packed.
In 2020, we want to pay a lot more attention to what truly matters – our family, relationships and time with our loved ones over and above everything else.
So what are we doing differently in 2020 on a personal level?
1) Definitely being MORE PRESENT in the moment.
To our son, our family, our loved ones, our friends. Presence is everything.
2) Spending more time with our parents, who we notice are only getting older. Every moment spent with them is a treasure, and we want to make the most of it.
4) Lastly, way more travels… seeing new places, allowing ourselves to be moved, inspired, excited by the big, glorious world we live in!
3. Now at a professional level, here’s what was GOOD in my 2019 review:
–>We grew again in 2019! Both by revenue and client base. The company was transitioning at so many levels, that just staying at 7 figures and continuing to help our clients would have made me happy. But I am thrilled to share (all thanks to you, my wonderful ones) that we grew way beyond 7 figures in 2019 and added many engagements and grand results to our client success stories, which brings me to –
–> Our client results!!! The rings, happily-ever-afters, marriage invites, loving and raving feedback about the Wunder work, continues to come back to us.
This is my “biggest why” of doing what I do… like a fuel that keeps the tank running. Engagement 160 and counting… as of today!
–> The live events! What we created for our clients and for myself personally at the Costa Rica, Croatia and Atlanta luxury live events is a feeling hard to describe in words.
Let’s just say – the energy and the vibes were over the roof, and everyone FELT it. I love, love, love being with my clients in person, and there’s not a more magical container of transformation for them, than coming together live with their fellow diva sisters and myself.
4. What were the challenges at the professional level?
–> Sharing this almost feels personal but as the company grows and the brand expands, I’ve found it challenging to find a way to keep in touch with all our customers, past and present.
Serving so many new women each year does not mean I forget the ones I’ve served in the past … and it’s sometimes painful for me personally to not be able to stay in touch with my older clients in the way my heart would like to.
Have a solution for us? Do send an email and my team will get it across to me!
–> I charge 30K for private support and minimally 6K to work with me in my Inner Circle group coaching program (reasonably priced, given you get my team and my expertise for 6 months) and yet I felt like I was working too much and not able to help as many women as I would like to.
In 2020, I want to change this. I am committed to finding ways to serve thousands and thousands of more women with accessible programs, because I understand that not everyone has a budget like that for private love coaching support, and yet I want to see many of you gleam and glow in love. Yes!!! 🙂
–> My amazing, golden vibes, free diva community – Wunder Divas.
So many times we thought of shutting it down, because it takes a lot out of us (we give you tons of free and valuable content on this Facebook group, so come join us!) and yet thanks to our lovely moderators who volunteer their time in the group, the group stays a positive, empowering diva community where women truly connect with each other and support each other. So as of now, Wunder Divas will not only live, it will thrive in 2020.
So what are we doing differently in 2020 professionally?
1) I am certainly giving myself permission to do more luxurious live events with my divas in person, to taste, touch and feel the magic of the moment together with my clients.
The next Wunder Luxury retreat is already being planned, so brace yourselves! 🙂
2. Our entire focus will be on serving our people, through a wide range of programs and products that make love possible for every woman on the planet who is motivated and willing to do the work.
3. Continuing to build a business that helps me embody self-love and balance, just like I teach my strong and successful clients.
This means, I will be willing to ask for more help from my wonderful team, hire one or two more key members and delegate more – so while living my purpose and serving my people, I also get to go away and have fun with my hubby and the kiddo.
So yes – as you can see in my 2019 review – it was not all perfect, but perfection is boring.
I am huge fan of aliveness, experiences, learning from our mistakes and letting life lead us…
2020, I can only say: I am SO excited to see what you will bring for all of us.
And here’s my wish for you, my lovely reader:
May you spend the new year with a powerful sense of your own worthiness, with love and compassion for yourself and for those around you, and with a pocketfull of desires that make you smile and are all waiting to come true on you.
All my love,
